Each Spring and Fall, the Aspasians Marketplace is held in Rockwall, Texas.

All proceeds from vendor booth rentals & bottled water sales go towards the funding of scholarships for Rockwall County graduating High School Seniors. This year, we were able to award $70,000 in local scholarships!

VENDOR REVIEW & COMMUNICATION TIMELINE:

JUNE 13, 2024 - AUGUST 10, 2024: Vendor applications are accepted.

AUGUST 11, 2024 - AUGUST 18, 2024: Vendor applications will be reviewed and considered for acceptance to participate.

AUGUST 19, 2024: Vendors will be notified of acceptance or waitlist status via email. If you're accepted to participate, you will be invoiced from PayPal where you can pay online. If you're put on the waitlist, you will be notified that you can wait to see if any spots open due to non-payment or cancellations.

SEPTEMBER 1, 2024: Payment due at midnight or your booth will be forfeited and opened up to the next vendor on the Waiting List.

SEPTEMBER 20, 2024: Vendor Packets will be emailed to accepted vendors with detailed information about the event.

OCTOBER 26, 2024: Aspasians Marketplace 9am - 5pm at Wilkerson-Sanders Memorial Stadium in Rockwall, TX!
