Each Spring and Fall, the Aspasians Marketplace is held in Rockwall, Texas.

All proceeds from vendor booth rentals & bottled water sales go towards the funding of scholarships for Rockwall County graduating High School Seniors. This year, we were able to award $70,000 in local scholarships!

NOVEMBER 1, 2023- JANUARY 31, 2024: Vendor applications are accepted. 


FEBRUARY 1, 2024 - FEBRUARY 8, 2024Vendor applications will be reviewed and considered for acceptance to participate.


FEBRUARY 9, 2024:  Vendors will be notified of acceptance or waitlist status via email. 

If you're accepted to participate, you will be invoiced from our website where you can pay online. If you're put on the waitlist, you will be notified that you can wait to see if any spots open due to non-payment or cancellations.


FEBRUARY 23, 2024: Payment due at midnight or your booth will be forfeited and opened up to the next vendor on the Waiting List.


MARCH 30, 2024: Vendor Packets will be emailed to accepted vendors with detailed information about the event.
